Alliance to present at the 2017 West Virginia Rural Health Conference
Martha Cook Carter and Adam Baus will represent the Alliance at the 2017 West Virginia Rural Health Conference. They will present on the Alliance's inaugural multi-site research effort, examining depression screening modalities in primary care. This research leverages hand-held devices for a standardized delivery of the Patient Health Questionnaire-2, or PHQ-2, and compares results across care-as-usual and technology-based depression screening methods.
The presentation will take place on Thursday, October 12, 2017.
Mary Ann Maurer and Matt Weimer are the Principal Investigators of this research effort, and the Alliance thanks them for their time, energy, expertise, and dedication to the success of this effort.
