Congratulations to Dr. Joanna Bailey, Outstanding Rural Health Provider of the Year

The Alliance would like to acknowledge and congratulate Dr. Joanna Bailey (pictured far right) for her award of "Outstanding Rural Health Provider of the Year." Dr. Bailey was awarded this recognition at the 2017 West Virginia Rural Health Association Conference.
